Legals only ceremonies are just that — all the legal stuff to get you hitched. I say a few words, you say minimal words and hey presto — YOU'RE MARRIED! Without much fuss too, I might add. This is a 3 minute ceremony.

More than legals, not quite the lot

The "In Between" package is perfect for couples looking for something more than the 3 minute Legals Only option but not wanting to include their personalised story — having it either focussed more around personal vows or simply having the legal vows.

- Sample vows, personal feedback on vows
- Use of vow folders

Looking for an MC as well?
Well whatta you know?! I've got a mike in hand, I love a good party so I may as well stick around & utilise my skills & gear! I've been a teacher for over 14 years so I am well equipped to wrangle a crowd & know how to engage the most disengaged of guests (trust me, teenagers can be a tough crowd).
If you're keen to give one of your friends a break & let them just enjoy the party times then hit me up to be your MC as well.

Want a friend or family member to marry you? I offer this in a variety of options, where I work alongside your co-celebrant to prepare them to help officiate your ceremony.
It's a beautiful way to include someone special while still having a registered celebrant handle all the legal bits.

FAQ
The stuff everyone asks
How far in advance should I book?
ASAP babe! Popular dates (hello Saturdays in autumn) book out fast. I'd say 12–18 months is ideal, but I've done weddings with way less notice too. No judgement — just send me a message.
Do you travel outside the Yarra Valley?
100%. I'm Yarra Valley based but honestly I love a road trip. Melbourne, regional Vic, interstate — wherever your heart (and your venue) takes you, I'm in.
Can we write our own vows?
PLEASE DO! Personal vows are my absolute favourite. And if you need help, check out my Vow Guide — it'll walk you through it step by step.
Do you do same-sex ceremonies?
A thousand percent yes. Love is love is love. I'm a proud LGBTQI+ ally and your ceremony will be celebrated just as loudly and proudly as everyone else's.
What do you actually wear?
I always ask my couples in our Final Meet if they'd prefer me to or not to wear (obviously I don't wear white, unless requested). And I'll always try to match the vibes of your wedding.
Do you do rehearsals?
Nope! In hundreds of weddings I've never needed to do a rehearsal & honestly, I don't think that weddings should be rehearsed, choreographed or add this unnecessary layer of pressure. Instead, we do a Final Meet in the days leading up to your wedding where I cover everything so you can envisage your day, feel prepared & then totally forget it all because I GOT YOU!! You should just rock up on your day & be present & soak it all in, you're in excellent hands!
